The private baths were a lovely treat, with both indoor and outdoor options. The traditional food provided for breakfast and dinner was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed trying Hida beef sukiyaki and grilled fish. Another great aspect was the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

The location wasn't very convenient for exploring the surrounding area, as it was quite isolated. the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, which led to some difficulty sleeping.

While the staff are very welcoming, the overall decor of the inn could benefit from some modernizing.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The private bathing areas were amazing, featuring hinoki tubs and rotemburo. The traditional meals served at breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, including Hida beef sukiyaki and grilled fish. Besides the great food, the gift shop had many souvenirs to choose from. Lastly, the staff were exceptional and made our stay very comfortable.

I had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! The private baths were amazing – I loved being able to relax in the hinoki tub or rotemburo. The traditional food breakfast and dinner was certainly the highlight of my visit; Hida beef sukiyaki and grilled fish were just two of the many dishes that I enjoyed. the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

To be honest, there weren't many negative aspects to my weekend at this hotel. However, the location was a bit far from some of the other attractions that I wanted to visit.
